1. Service-Based Model

We offer consultancy, guidance, and application support services.

  • Fees paid are for services rendered, not outcomes

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Service has not been initiated
  • Duplicate payment is made
  • Payment error occurs

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable if:

  • Services have already started
  • Student withdraws voluntarily
  • Admission/visa is rejected
  • Incorrect information was provided by the student

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within:

  • 7–14 working days

5. Payment Gateway Charges

Any transaction or gateway charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
